A Message from the Director of Financial Aid
Our mission in the Financial Aid Office is to assist you and your family in affording the cost of your college education. This is accomplished through the awarding of scholarships, grants, loans, and student work programs and by providing you with a supportive and comfortable environment where counselors are willing to work with you in obtaining the necessary funds you may need to attend EGSC. My staff and I are dedicated to this mission and will be available to assist you throughout your college career here at EGSC.
We have outlined the various types of Financial Aid programs available at EGSC on this Financial Aid Website. Our Financial Aid Website is designed to inform you of the types of financial aid available, some general policies and guidelines that govern the various aid programs and help you with the application process. We encourage you to read this guide and become familiar with its contents. We want you to be informed and become an advocate for yourself so that you will be able to reach your educational goals here at EGSC, as well as receive the maximum financial aid that is available to you.
Throughout this website we have embedded a number of short videos to help you better understand the financial aid process. Please take the opportunity to review these videos, as they supply much needed information.
If you need further assistance in the completion of applications, or if you have questions or comments regarding the application process, your awards, or the service you receive, please feel free to contact either myself or any one of the below listed counselors.
Best wishes for a successful year.
